OGG 12c Auto Heartbeat Table Shows Spurious LAG Corresponding to Old Incarnation Path (Doc ID 2525582.1)

Symptoms

The output from GG_LAG view displays wrong lag information from the GG Heartbeat table.
However,while using command -  SEND REPLICAT <replicat>, GETLAG - shows the correct lag.

select INCOMING_PATH, INCOMING_HEARTBEAT_AGE, INCOMING_LAG from <gg_owner>.gg_lag;  ---> This output will show two rows for the same path.
