OGG MA ADMINSRVR Is Hanging And Can't Info Any Process (Doc ID 2526964.1)

Symptoms

On OGG MA , suddenly ADMINSRVR is hanging and can't info any process on adminclient. For example, when executing "info all" after connect to service manager, the output will be hanging there for a long time then finally return a error which is below,

"ERROR: Network error - SSL connection unexpectedly closed"

 

OGG 36> info all
Program Status Group Lag at Chkpt Time Since Chkpt
ADMINSRVR RUNNING
DISTSRVR STOPPED
PMSRVR STOPPED
RECVSRVR STOPPED

ERROR: Network error - SSL connection unexpectedly closed


Even we tried to restart everything(Service manager and deployment,), the issue is still existing.
