Entitlements Are Not Displayed In Front End UI Console After Bulk Load Of Accounts (Doc ID 2527245.1)

One has bulk loaded multiple accounts containing child data via the bulk load utility. However, when verified from frontend UI, under Entitlements tab for users, none of the entitlements are displayed but account has been provisioned.

How to correct this issue?
