Getting Connection Error when Accessing Soa-Infra Runtime on /em after Admin Password Change (Doc ID 2527524.1)

Symptoms

The default "weblogic" user password is changed through /console -> Realms -> MyRealm -> Users and Groups tab. After the password change and server restart, accessing soa-infra runtime under Farm_DOMAIN->SOA fails with error that says:
