Connecting to AQ through FJMS from standalone java client throws oracle.jms.AQjmsException (Doc ID 2528671.1)

WLS is integrated with AQ using Foreign JMS server (FJMS). When a standalone client connects to AQ through FJMS, the following error is thrown.
