Symptoms

After migrating a custom project from WFR version 11.1.1.8.0 to version 12.2.1.3.0, the following error is returned when attempting to process through an RTS instance on the new system:

Error in classification and extraction step on document '\\<machine>\webcenter_dev\form_recognition\po\purchaseorders\batches\<name>.wdc'. Description: Error extracting class 'PO', field 'VendorName': Error #22 loading identity map (C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\DIST\DataPool\DataPool.idm)
