Role/User UDF Fields missing in Role/User Certification Creation AddFields List Box (Doc ID 2528709.1)

In Role Certification creation at base selection page, clicking the Role Criteria, all the Role UDF fields are missing in the AddFields list box.

Same thing applies to the User Certification with User Criteria.
