Symptoms
Oracle SQL Developer 18.4
Since upgraded SQL Developer and Sql Developer Data Modeler to 18.4 version, after startup you get a pop-up window that asks to enter credentials for the proxy sign in.
Dialogue Box :
Sign In

Enter user name and password for
<YOUR_PROXY>
User Name: ______________________
Password: ______________________
[Help] [OK]

<YOUR_PROXY>
User Name: ______________________
Password: ______________________
[Help] [OK]
Sample:
This did not happen with earlier versions. Some users cannot get passed this dialogue box.
The previous versions were 4.2.0, 17.4.1 and they did not have this issue.
