OIM Workflow Approval Email Removes Icons And Gives Red X When Load Balancer Is In Worklist Url

When OIM send an approval workflow email setup for using Load Balancer from SOA on the task notification there are no icons, instead red X is shown for those icons in the email. If one remove the load balancer and use the server name Icons are shown correctly.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a request for access
2. Check the email
3. Email is missing images.
