"ODI-14214: Failed to connect to Object Storage" Error Received in ODI when Creating New Physical Schema for Object Storage Data Server (Doc ID 2528817.1)

Symptoms

An Oracle Object Storage Data Server has been created within Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3.181204.

When trying to create a new Physical Schema for the new Data Server, the following error is received:

oracle.odi.core.service.objectstorage.OdiObjectStorageServiceException: ODI-14214: Failed to connect to Object Storage.
