WebLogic LDAP Authenticator Provider Pool Connections Keep Increasing Causing Performance Degradation (Doc ID 2529419.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic is integrated with OID ( OID Authenticator provider) with SSL enabled.

For every user request a new socket gets created instead of re using connections from the LDAP pool.
This ultimately increases the connection count leading to performance issues.
