SQLcl Command "Apex Export -instance" Does Not Work (Doc ID 2529656.1)

SQLcl command "apex export -instance" does not work .

Returns error:

APEX: Application export requires an application id (numeric).

The command uses exact syntax shown in help displayed by command:
