Patch List Is Reported For One Node in Administration Console But Not Reported For the Other Node (Doc ID 2529761.1)

Symptoms

The Administration Console shows the list of Patches in Summary of Servers> <SERVERNAME> >Monitoring> General> Patch List field, as below figure shows, for one managed server. But it does not list patches for the managed server running on the other node. Both nodes in the cluster share the same NFS Mount that host the Middleware home directory, so it expected to see same list of patches for both nodes.
