ISSUE

Unable to log onto Enterprise Manager (EM) console using IE 11 after applying WebCenter Content (WCC) patch 25048862

ERROR
-----------------------
Get a warning about an unsupported browser. The webpage does not load, it just sits at the login page.




STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Apply patch 25048862 or 23334606
2. Try to log into the EM interface using IE 11
3. Observe a warning about using an unsupported browser
4. Click OK and enter the user credentials.
5. The webpage does not load, it just sits at the login page.

Issue happens in both WCC patches - 23334606  and 25048862 when using IE 11, Mozilla Firefox works fine.
