Asset Failed to Save When Using Flex Family Filter (Doc ID 2531029.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, WebCenter Sites

Customer is trying to use Flex Filters and specifically the blogThumbnailCreatetor and thumbnailCreator but when they are trying to save an asset that uses the filter it throws the following error

Cannot save asset.

This attempt to save the Media Instance Asset has failed.
Error -10003 encountered while saving.

Error saving an asset Asset.SaveAll : Error: error invoking method SaveAllNoPubLock in Asset.callSaveAllNoPubLock() pagename:OpenMarket/Xcelerate/Actions/EditPost
