Can't Login To Capture Client With SSO, But Console Works

When logging in to the WebCenter Enterprise Capture client using SSO, the below error occurs:
Failed to obtain the SystemInfo object from the Server
Logging in to the Capture console works without error.
Implemented SSO in working Capture 22.214.171.124 environment.
