CAM.SYSCOMP Failure, 64056 Error Adding Templates, 64058: Incompatible Templates

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Fabric upgrade to 12.2.1.3.0
While upgrading from 11g to 12.2.1.3.0 (SOA + BAM with no BPM) seeing the error as below
CAM.SYSCOMP failure, 64056 Error adding templates, 64058: Incompatible templates SOA & BAM Domain.
The following steps were successfully completed: 12c Binary install (Infra, SOA, OSB, OHS), RCU setup (for new schemas), UA for Schemas, Reconfiguration of domain.
However when trying to execute the second stage UA (component update) on the Upgrade page we received the following error in the logs:
