Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c 12.2.1.3.0 with Directory Integration Platform (DIP).
Quartz Scheduler and Mbeans are down and not starting.
Restarting the stack in the proper order does not resolve the problem.
Enterprise Manager (EM) > DIP > Administration > Synchronization Profiles menu item returns error:
Configuration settings are unavailable. The profile management interfaces for the target /Domain_Domain_OID/Domain_OID/wls_ods1/DIP(12.2.1.3.0) are currently unavailable.
