ODSM 12.2 Fails To Connect To OID 12.2 On SSL Mode 1 : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure (Doc ID 2532577.1)

Symptoms

From ODSM when connecting to OID instance on the non-SSL port, the connection is successful.
But when connecting to SSL port configured on SSL mode 1, the connection fails with below exceptions in AdminServer logs.

"Server <HOSTNAME>:<SSL_PORT> has failed SSL verification. This may be due to a host address or port problem or trust could not be verified or was declined."

Note: Though the issue was reported initially for IBM AIX Machine, this issue could be applicable for other platforms as well.
