Symptoms

After applying Bundle patch 11.1.2.3.181016  if 'force-change-on-add' is set to 'true' a modify operation on 'orclAccountStatusEvent' will cause 'pwdReset' to be unset

Steps to reproduce the issue:
=============================
1. Set 'force-change-on-add' to 'true' on OUD 11.1.2.3.181016 Instance.
2. Create a new user entry, 'pwdReset' is automatically set to 'True'
3. Now Modify the new user and update 'orclAccountStatusEvent' value for the new user.
4. Now 'pwdReset' is automatically unset.

The above issue does not reproduce when modifying other attributes like title, c, postalCode etc., nor does it reproduce on earlier OUD BPs and base version of 11.1.2.3.
This issue is ONLY observed after applying BP 11.1.2.3.181016
