Fields Not Validated In Edit Profile (Doc ID 2533048.1)

Symptoms

When editing a user Profile, the 'Phone' field accepts all types of input,including alphabetic characters or URL links and there is no validation logic exists to validate the user input in User Profile.
This is same for all the fields in the profile.

Steps to replicate the issue:
-------------------------
1.Login to Portal as weblogic user (Admin user)

2.Access user's profile

3.Click on "Edit Profile"

4.Populate the fields with any information you desire.

There is no restriction on what type of characters/text/URL is written in these fields.
