Tuxedo Application Server is Not Reconnecting to RAC DB when DB Node is Rebooted Error ORA-03114 (Doc ID 2533584.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.1 version, RAC DB fail over is not working for one of the testcase, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SQL> shut abort
2. and SQL> startup is not reconnecting to DB, below message is seen from application stdout log file:

Msg:ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

3. XA log is enable but not printing any log during ORA-03114
