1) Using WCC 12.2.1.3.0-2018-08-30 23:43:04Z-r163980 (Build:7.3.5.186) Patch 28527521

2) Create a Simple Folio with an element and save it.

3) Edit the same Simple Folio, add another element.

4) When you "Save changes" after editing the folio Error is launched:

Action Error Content item 'XXXXXXXXXXX' was not successfully updated. Security group is not defined. Unable to validate user security.
