Information in this document applies to any platform.
User creates a public portal application in Fusion Applications and uploads some documents to it. The following error is returned to other users (except the one who created the portal and uploaded the documents) of the portal while they try to access the documents uploaded to the portal:
"Error: Item not found.The target item does not exist or is not accessible"
