Symptoms

Current Behavior
==============
In a OIM-OAM Integration 11gR2PS3 integrated environment, if the user click the forgot password link and provide incorrect responses to the challenge questions, the password for the user in OUD gets nulled out. After that, the user is unable to login because the null password prevents authentication. This issue is very similar to bug 25121586, but the environment already has the patch for the bug 25121586

Expected Behavior
===============
When the user enters incorrect challenge questions, the password should not update or change and the user should be rejected from making other authenticated changes to the records, particularly those in OUD.

Steps to Reproduce
================
1) Attempt to login
2) Click 'Forgot password' link
3) Provide login and incorrect answers to challenge questions
4) Provide new password
5) Commit changes

At that point, the user password is updated to null in the LDAP server.
