Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, BPM Foundation Services (11g+)
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Timers are firing multiple times in a BPM cluster (version 12.2.1.0.0)
You might experience a double or triple execution of the timers during run time (depending on the number of servers running).
The environment has a SOA cluster with 2 (or more) managed servers.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The timer should only triggered once
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a timer activity
2. Run the project in a cluster with 2 (or more) managed servers
3. When the timers fire, you will see one timer execution in each node.
