Symptoms
EBS 12.1.3 Integrated with Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) - Protected Resource using Adaptive Authentication One Time Pin (OTP) Login Fails
- Integrated EBS 12.1.3 with OAM 12.2.1.3 and Adaptive Authentication is enabled using email based OTP (One Time Passcode)
- Without OTP and with only-FORM authentication, EBS Access Gate works as expected.
- With OTP and regular OAM WebGate protected resource, OTP works fine without EBS.
- The problem is when OAM with EBS when using Adaptive Authentication, the login fails after submit OTP and loops back to the OTP pin page
