Symptoms
Third party software is being configured for user access. The software makes a ssl proxy connection to Oracle HTTP Server(OHS). The ssl handshake is seen to fail as shown below.
The specifics of the third party software are not important as it could occur with any client ssl connection. The error would be the same as seen above.
