Symptoms

Unable to send a JMS Message from OSB Transport Interface to a Foreign JMS Server running on AQ JMS with following exception

Use Case

1. Creat a JMS Foreign Server that points to JNDI Initial Context Factory of oracle.jms.AQjmsInitialContextFactory
2. Configure a JMS Foreign Server Connection Factory with a local JNDI name of AqJmsForeignServerConnectionFactory and remote JNDI name of XAQueueConnectionFactory
3. Configure an AQ JMS Foreign Server Destination with a local JNDI Name: queue/<queue_name> and Remote JNDI Name:Queues/<queue_name>

Changes

 Upgraded WebLogic from 12.2.1.0 to 12.2.1.3
