On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Mediator Throws 'Unable To Invoke Endpoint URI' Error Instead Of A Business Fault After Migration To SOA 12c

If a fault occurs, mediator is expected to catch the error and throw a business fault. Instead, it is throwing an application error:  'Unable To Invoke Endpoint URI'
