Symptoms

When applying WebLogic PSU patch using Opatch , it gives errors as below

Changes

 When the patch files are copied inside the opatch directory , the patch gets applied.
User has permissions (read/write) permissions to all the directories . Still the patch does not get applied outside the opatch directory.
