OIG 12c - Unable to view the Approval Data for the Completed Requests in OIM after 7 days (Doc ID 2537208.1)

Goal

When a user open the Requests that are approved and completed status for more than 7 days using Track Request page, the user is not be able to view the Approval data in OIM.

The approver Information tab for the request is blank, so user is not be able to see the approver details of the request if the request completion date is more than 1 week.
