IDCS/SCIM Connector “Remove Group Child Data” task deletes all users on Revoke (Doc ID 2537396.1)

Symptoms

Removing the IDCS entitlement for one user from OIM and the user is successfully revoked from the role in IDCS.
But the other users who are having the same entitlement are losing the access as in IDCS their roles are getting removed, while these users are still having this entitlement in OIM.
