NullPointerException Error when Connecting to ODI Studio Using Citrix Terminal (Doc ID 2537777.1)

Symptoms

After changing a Windows domain and creating new Windows OS users, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio login is working for the new OS user on the remote windows machine where ODI is installed, however, an issue occurs when trying to log in in ODI Studio using Citrix Terminal with the new OS user.

Test connections for Master and Work Repository are successful for ODI Studio log in window in Citrix, but when trying to actually open the repository it is failing with below error:
