Symptoms

ISSUE

Experiencing an issue with some users authenticating through LDAP in WebCenter Content.


ERROR
-----------------------


STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Log into WebCenter Content as an user authenticated through a LDAP authentication provider.
2. After above stated error occurs.
3. User then has to log back into the system to perform the action they were trying to do.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Intermittently LDAP authenticated user(s) have to re-login after the error.

Changes

 Recently applied WLS patch.
