Certification Event Listener not Triggered on User Disable/Enable Operation when Event Trigger has identityStatus (Doc ID 2538862.1)

Symptoms

We have defined a certification event listener with the following event trigger rule:

 

meaning that we expect the associated certification to the event listener to trigger when a user status change from Enabled to Disabled or vice versa.

 

 

We then modify the status of  a user from Enabled to Disabled

 

 

The reviewer check his assignee certifications and do not see the certification the event listener should have triggered.
