DBAT Connector Entitlements Are Not Visible In User Entitlements Tab (Doc ID 2539455.1)

Symptoms

DBAT 11.1.1.6 connector was installed in target mode in OIG 12c environment. After running initial reconciliation, user information are reconciled correctly and DBAT application instance is seen in user details page. Entitlements are reconciled as well, but these are not visible in "Entitlements" tab of user details page. Entitlements are correctly seen in recon event.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install and configure DBAT 11.1.1.6 connector.

2) Run lookup and target user recon against the target database.

3) Check the recon events and user's Entitlement tab. The entitlement reconciled are not shown.
