WebLogic Reports Incorrect Version and Old Version Patches while Applying the Latest PSU in 10.3.6. (Doc ID 2539617.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic was upgraded from 10.3.3 to 10.3.6; however node1 showing the 10.3.3 versioned patches list. When attempting to apply psu patch, the following error occurs:


The issue can be reproduced at will by applying PSU patch using BSU commands in node1

Due to this issue, users cannot able to apply the PSU patches.
