OSB Upgrade Questions (Doc ID 2540103.1)

Goal

1. In the scenario where a subset of existing OSB Domains will be upgraded to 12.2.1.3 in the first phase of an upgrade project, will there be any compatibility issues (Domain in 12.2.1.3 talking to 12.1.3)?

2. In the scenario where an OSB Infrastructure database is upgraded from 11g to 12c, and the OSB version is 12.2.1.3, and the Fusion Infrastructure schemas are migrated to 12c - will there be any issues?
