現象
Reports Server は正常に動作しますが、Reports スタンドアロンサーバを起動すると次の警告が表示されます。

手順:
1. Reports スタンドアロンサーバを下記コマンドで起動します。
変更点
Reports スタンドアロンサーバ 12.2.1.3 を起動します。
