Symptoms

Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12.2.1.3.0 with Siebel User Management connector version 11.1.1.6.0, provisioning of entitlement to Siebel applications (Siebel Position) shows the following error in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) diagnostic server log

 

Siebel account is provisioned successfully but "Add User Position" task is stuck in "In Progress" state for the added position.
