Symptoms

EUS logins are being sent to a primary directory server in a 6 server replication domain.  For each EUS failed login, there is one pwdfailuretime attribute added to the user object on the primary server and two corresponding pwdfailuretime attributes added to the user object via replication.  With a failed login threshold set at 5, users are being locked out after the 3rd failed login attempt (via EUS database access) on 5 out of the 6 directory servers.
