Goal

While a patch can be delivered with different releases, such as on top of the PSU Jan 2019 or PSU April 2019, (e.g an "overlay"), it may be unclear for which one should be downloaded based on the list shown in the patch download site,.

This document provides a brief instruction on how to select the right release for a patch to apply on top of the existing weblogic version.
