Frevvo Deployment Fails To Start In SOA Doamin After RCU Database Upgrade To 18 (Doc ID 2541071.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the FMW repository database from 12.1.0.2 to 18 and it is noticed that the frevvo deployment in the SOA domain is now failing to start.

soa domain log has the following error:

weblogic.application.ModuleException: org.hibernate.HibernateException: Unable to determine Dialect to use [name=Oracle, majorVersion=18]; user must register resolver or explicitly set 'hibernate.dialect':org.hibernate.HibernateException:Unable to determine Dialect to use [name=Oracle, majorVersion=18]; user must register resolver or explicitly set 'hibernate.dialect'


Also, FREVVO Application is only installed as part of an out-of-the-box install of SOA suite.
