How to use the Multi Select Component Table Filter? (Doc ID 2541615.1)

Goal

While trying to add a filter using multi component selection on ADF Table, when the user selects multiple values in a single column drop-down in ADF table, the table should only display records for those selected values.

Instead it shows all the records without applying this filter. How to properly implement this functionality?
