BPM Server Issues Causing Connection Resets And Transactions Are Failing (Doc ID 2541692.1)

Symptoms

We are seeing stuck threads on BPM servers and so many connection reset errors invoking web services between multiple BPM components, this is causing all the transactions fail. During this behavior bpm server is not responding & throwing 500 error codes while doing a POST on soa-infra.


oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "http://<host>:<port>/soa-infra/services/CommonServices/Service/myservice
ingroup_client_ep" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Connection reset
