'Delete User' Task Is Getting Triggered When Triggering 'Disable User' Task Via Account Resource History (Doc ID 2543832.1)

Symptoms

When the 'Disable User' task for accounts is triggered via resource history, the "Delete User" task is triggered instead of "Disable User". However when the "Disable User" UI button is used, the "Disable User" task is getting triggered properly.
