WNA Is Not Working and Failed with the Error: User account is locked. Authentication failed. (Doc ID 2543835.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.2 version, 

The DNS and AD servers are same. DNS servers were replaced. Oam services are not working. WNA Authentication is failing. Oam logs shows that it is not able to connect LDAP servers.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to Authenticate to Oam and error shows up.

Due to this issue, users cannot authenticate Oam using WNA.
