HA File Adapter Getting ORA-30006: Resource Busy; Acquire With WAIT Timeout Expired Error (Doc ID 2543926.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.0.0 version,

we have a requirement to append each record from JMS Queue to CSV file and when we are processing large number of messages customer is getting below error

Following error was seen in the logs:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-30006: resource busy; acquire with WAIT timeout expired
