Can Execute Permissions be Revoked from PUBLIC to Prevent User from Executing ords.enable_schema (Doc ID 2544169.1)

Goal

On a default ORDS Installation "execute" privilege on ords_metadata.ords  is granted to PUBLIC.

You want to revoke permissions from PUBLIC, and create your own role with the EXECUTE grant.
Is this possible without any negatively impacting ORDS functionality?
